Standard Pricing
Standard Labour Rate: £90 per hour
Labour is charged in 30-minute increments after the first hour
All prices exclude the cost of parts and materials unless otherwise stated in the estimate
Emergency Call-Out Charges
Emergency Call-Out Fee: £40
Minimum Charge: £90 (includes the first hour of labour)
Additional labour is charged in 30-minute increments after the first hour
Payment Terms
Upon your agreement for us to carry out estimated or pre-booked work, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable immediately. We reserve the right to request full payment in advance at our discretion.
Upon approximately 75% completion of the work, you will be issued an interim invoice for which a further 25% payment is due on receipt.
On completion of the work, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining 25% balance, which is due on receipt.
We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing until payment is received in full.
Payment On Completion
All invoices are due for immediate payment upon receipt and must be settled before the engineer leaves the site.
We accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
Unless otherwise disclosed when instructing us to carry out work and/or supply materials, you will be solely responsible for payment in full. If you are acting on behalf of a third party, such as a letting agent, property management company, landlord, or tenant, this must be clearly confirmed at the time of booking.
