Emergency Call-Out & Pricing Information

We understand that plumbing and heating issues can’t always wait — that’s why we offer a fast emergency response service.

• Emergency Call-Out Fee: £40

• Minimum Charge: 1 hour – £90 (includes the first hour of labour)

After the first hour, additional time is charged in 30-minute increments. All prices are plus the cost of any parts or materials required.

Upon completion of work, you will be invoiced, for which payment is due on receipt before leaving site. We accept payments in cash, card or bank transfer and do no accept cheques. You accept sole liability to make payment in full, unless you disclose when initially instructing us, to carry out work and/or supply materials that you are acting on behalf of a third party.
